Pt89 Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for Every Member

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member") and pt89 ("Platform", "We") governing access to and use of the platform, website, mobile app, and all services provided by pt89.

• You have never had an account previously closed by PT89 for fraud, abuse, or breach of terms.
• You are registering and using the platform voluntarily and entirely on your own initiative.
• You are not currently bankrupt or subject to any bankruptcy proceedings.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at pt89. Accounts found to have registered more than once using the same name, phone number, IP address, or payment details will be suspended immediately without prior notice, and any balance in those accounts will be subject to a compliance review before any withdrawal is processed.

Pt89 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Documents typically required include a copy of a valid national ID or passport, and proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement. 2. Deposits & Payment Methods

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for most payment methods.

3. Fund Withdrawals
